By creating an account or using Motimo, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Motimo is an AI-powered fitness coaching tool that generates personalised workout plans, analyses food photos, and provides fitness guidance. The service is provided via web browser with a free tier and a paid Pro tier.
Motimo provides general fitness and nutritional information for educational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you have existing health conditions or injuries.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Motimo. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity.
The free tier is available at no cost and includes limited monthly usage of AI coaching chats and food scans. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits with reasonable notice.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
You may not: attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service; use automated tools to abuse the free tier limits; submit content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems.
You retain ownership of any photos or information you submit to Motimo. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the service to you.
Motimo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that fitness plans will produce specific results. Individual outcomes vary based on factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motimo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
